Returns & Exchanges
At FantasMall, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture and decor must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FantasMall account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
